Caseline utilise CNC overhead routers and therefore can design and produce custom foam inserts to suit any casing application. Our CNC machines use a combination of materials however more commonly we use the high density PE30 or LD18 and LD45 for efficiency and the very best protection and presentation for your products. In addition to simple foam pads Caseline can custom cut two and three dimensional solutions and with over 11 years of design experience will find the very best solution for all the items in the smallest, most professional layout possible. Foams are available in various colours and we can also laminte the surface with a slim PP coloured finish and screen print for corporate logos or item identification and control.
