CNC routing using mid and high density PE and LD materials plus hot wiring, pressing and waterjet for softer open cell foams. Our unique CNC and lamination capabilities allow for medium density foams to include a hardened polypropylene surface, ideal for further protection and additional screen printing for item identification.
